Senior Water Exercise: Section A
Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept 11-Dec 6, 2017 | Join us for a low-impact water exercise class. Use the water to strengthen and tone your muscles, increase your flexibility, and your range of motion. This program is designed for adults age 50 and over. Class size is limited, so register early.
