Short-Term Faculty-Led Programs

UW-Platteville Agriculture and Food Marketing in India
Agriculture and Food Marketing in India

UW-Platteville Education Abroad offers a number of short-term faculty-led (STFL) programs which allow students to take a course taught abroad by one or more UW-Platteville faculty members. All programs carry UW-Platteville academic credit and contain an international component which typically lasts between ten days and three weeks. Programs are often offered over the winter, spring, and summer breaks and also require some pre-departure and returnee requirements such as readings, research, papers, informational meetings, etc.

The location and focus of the programs vary greatly, and program offerings change from year to year. We are tentatively planning to offer one Spring Break and 8 Summer 2018 short-term faculty-led education abroad programs for the 2017-2018 academic year. At this time all program applications are open unless their application deadlines have past. For more information on a specific program, please contact the Education Abroad Office at studyabroad@uwplatt.edu.Lon
